God is the Ultimate Artist- View from 8000 feet@Bir-Billing

It was amazing falling off from the height of 8000 feet. The first few steps were crucial. My heart was racing against time. My lips were parched. I was amazed to see my young girls (11 and 7) , their unwavering faith, motivating me to trust God and run those few steps.

They were determined to fly and spread their wings and enjoy the beautiful creation from 8000 feet above. My little butterflies were daring to live their lives fully. Not even an inch of doubt they showed before they plunged into the arms of creation.

The time to take those crucial steps were coming closer. It was the time to overcome fear and exercise my faith. I knew well that it was an opportunity to see God's workmanship from above, His artistic boundaries and periphery, his sense of colours and combinations, and how the Sun obeys the command of its creator to topple over the horizon. At that time the only sound which I could hear was mine, a whispering prayer for courage to take those few step. The pilot was ready to take me off but my feet were unwilling to run on the edge to jump. I knew if I had to see what I desire to see I needed to run and trust. Trust God and trust my pilot and trust the thin reins of the glider, trust my harnesses and trust my feet. I closed my eyes and ran and in few seconds I was floating. Cool breeze was soothing my face and making me feel calm and comfortable. I slowly opened my eyes and what I saw was speechless. I was stunned by the beauty and creativity of my God. My God, I was wonderstruck. I was flying like an engle. The view was panoramic. I was in awe of Him and His beautiful creation. By now I was able to move my head around to get a wider view and was comfortable where I was. My pilot had given me a selfie stick kind of a rod with a video cam at its other end which was recording me from the time I was scared to death before jumping and in my anxiety, at that time, I forgot I was holding it firmly in my hand. Now I had gained more confidence to enjoy the view from all angles and also confident enough to move my camera stick in all directions to capture the best view as much as possible.

This experience was worth jumping from 8000 feet high. I was reminded of a scene in the movie Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara....I hope you all know it. :)
This was my life's first adventure sport and I am ready for the next now. Trust the creator of this creation and believe when you appreciate His art, He will feel good. I know!

I came back with a heart filled with a desire to paint what I saw and experienced. The awe and beauty!  The sight was heart-pulling, the landscape is still in my mind...I couldn't stop myself and that day after going back to the hotel,  it flowed through my brush on my canvas pad....
