It's a beautiful song written by Kelly Carpenter. The song intensely expresses the longing for God's nearness and confirms that "there is nothing on earth I desire besides you." This song has deeply affected me and truly expressed the reality of my heart. I remember singing "You're all I want, You're all I ever needed," with deep faith and conviction. I was moved to tears at the point of realisation that how futile it is to seek joy in anything other than God Himself.

This painting is an expression of prayer to God to draw me close to Him and never let me go. Knowing fully well that no one else can take your place , to feel the warmth of your embrace. Help me find the way, bring me back to you.

Blessed Womb

God be praised at all times and in everything. It’s a joyful expression of praise.

Prayer- My Devotion

While I was painting this piece I had some random thoughts about Prayer and the power of prayer. Prayer is a beautiful medium to connect with the loving Almighty Father and the realm of intimacy it creates in our relationship with Him thrills our hearts. Its a two- way line of communication, back n forth...and I have experienced so many times that God places special concerns n prayers on our hearts for someone or something which He is concerned about n chooses us to redeem those areas on behalf of Him. For that He equips us with His divine power and boldness to stand between the gap as an intercessor. 

Just thinking about all this my heart poured out these wonderful patterns on the canvas n I called it "Prayer - My Devotion"

Grace of God

God’s grace is His free and ready favour, unmerited one, a help in times of need..when we are overwhelmed with the worries of life ..tired n weary …and when we look upto the heavens n say,“Lord I come to you, I need you because with my own efforts life seems meaningless and I triedeverything n now stuck. You take over from here!

At that very moment God gifts us this Grace, all abound in love, to strike the mark in our lives..It’s a gift of forgiveness of sins and power to live with dignity with a Hope for the future.And we feel like bathing in the pool of this special divine favour enjoying the love of Almighty Father extending a helping hand to us, His children.

Peace of God

Jesus says, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.”

Its this peace of God, passes all understanding and guards our hearts and minds through Christ. Even if the circumstances are not favorable, still we have that peace which is inexpressible.

Beauty persists in the Eyes of creator God

I am the creator of this painting n it's beautiful for me...no matter what shape n season I painted. Though its a dry tree ....no leaf at all to show any life n beauty but still it's awesome to me n will remain forever.....similarly no matter how dry, rough n gloomy or lifeless our life might look from outside now (phases of life, hardships)...for God who created us we are still beautiful n he loves us ..it's just that god is transforming us from Inside to shape us up for the coming season....like a dry tree one day gonna blossom again in its own season..n will still remain beautiful.

Listen To Your Inner Voice only...there lies the Peace

Wilderness

Do not be afraid for I am with you, do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 

There are times when we feel lonely n feel as if our life is just a waste.. so many questions regarding our worth starts to bog us down - What am I doing? Where am I heading? Am I doing the right thing? What's the purpose of my life?

But here in Isaiah 41:10 God clearly expresses His love n His sovereignty not only over our lives but over all our emotions n feelings too. Here he is giving us a Promise to never leave us n forsake us. He wants to bring us out from the wilderness of our life n all confusions to give us peace n purpose to our lives.

 The Trinity expresses the belief that God is one Being made up of three distinct

Persons. The three persons are distinct, yet are one substance, essence or nature,

and functions differently as the Father, Son-Jesus and Holy Spirit.

This painting is done in Acrylic and simply on stretched canvas. I enjoyed doing the pseudo-metallic effect depicting the form which I wanted to transform into this painting. It portrays the Supremacy n Sovereignty of God in the midst of hard realities of life, which is the source of calmness n peace to the soul.

Unloved

Jesus is the Love defined....Love is no more a concept...no more an abstract feeling....When I look upto Jesus I see Love....In Him the content of love is epitomized...Where there is no love there is no life, no meaning... No matter how often you are rejected, no matter how bad n vulnerable n unloved you feel....there is Jesus who welcomes you with open arms accepting you as you are...comforting you n loving you forever n ever unconditionally and at all times....trusting in Him gives Joy to the heart. In Him you never feel alone. In Him you have peace that passes all understanding.
